Sarah and Matt celebrated their bayside elopement in Dewey Beach with their immediate family on August 15th! This date has a lot of meaning since this was the same day Matt first asked Sarah to be his girlfriend and when he proposed in Mexico. Their big celebration was postponed to April of 2021 at the Great Oak Manor and it will be so amazing to see their celebration continue on! Since Matt is jewish, they decided to have the family all hold a chuppah made out of bamboo poles and tapistries passed down from Matt’s grandparents. This was so perfect and I loved how it incorporated all of the family! Sarah’s brother performed their ceremony and even their pup Cassie joined in. The rain held off just enough thanks to these two burying bourbon bottles 30 days prior! Congratulations Sarah and Matt!
