Stephanie and Barret’s jewish wedding at the Westwood Country Club was inspired by the 1920’s art deco movement and a hint of Great Gatsby era! The design on the invitations, signage, and the golden geometrical shaped chairs and cake topper perfectly matched the theme. My favorite detail was their three tiered chocolate chip cookie cake painted in gold foil! We lucked out with the rain stopping just before the first look and bridal party images outdoors. Before the official ceremony, a private ketubah signing took place where Stephanie and Barret signed their jewish marriage contract outlining their responsibilities as husband and wife. The reception included one of my favorite parts of jewish weddings, the hava nagila dance where guests danced around in circles and lifted the newlyweds high up on two chairs!
